We take up to 7 days to create your one-of-a-kind teddy bear with care and attention to detail. The sooner you send your outfits, the sooner we can start making your teddy!
- Signature Upon Delivery
Once it's ready, your item will be shipped via USPS Ground or USPS Priority, and every teddy will require a signature upon delivery for added security.
- Delivery Times 3 - 5 Business Days
Depending on your location (from North Carolina), it will take 3 to 5 business days for your teddy to arrive after it leaves our studio. If you need a specific delivery timeframe, please reach out to us via live chat or email us at support@keepsakesforlife.com before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

- Step 1: Place your order
Add your teddy bear to your cart and complete your order. Be sure to include your personalized information so we can customize the foot pads—choose your baby’s name, date of birth, and weight to make this keepsake extra special.
- Step 2: Prepare your outfits for shipping
Choose the outfits you want us to use. For newborn clothes, we recommend at least 10 items. The more you send, the more colorful and unique your teddy will be! For the single color Teddy we recommend one L and up t-shirt. We'll return any unused items unless you request otherwise.
Once you've selected the outfits, pack them in a padded envelope or box and ship them to the address below. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE THE ORDER CONFIRMATION PAGE INSIDE YOUR BOX to ensure we match everything to your order.

Now, our expert seamstress will carefully inspect all the outfits you’ve sent and choose the perfect ones for your teddy. After that, each piece will be thoughtfully cut and sewn to create your one-of-a-kind keepsake. Please allow up to 7 days for us to complete your unique treasure.
