Ourteddy bearwill be ready within 7 business days from the date your box with selected outfits arrives at our studio. If you need your order sooner, please contact us atsupport@keepsakesforlife.combefore placing your order to check if we can accommodate your timeframe. 

Orders are shipped via USPS with a required signature upon delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is one where someone can sign for the package. 

All orders will receive a tracking number for easy tracking. Once your package is ready, we'll purchase a shipping label, and our system will automatically send you an email with the tracking number. If you receive this email, your order is on its way! We take packages to USPS daily to ensure fast delivery. 

Once we receive your outfits, our team will carefully select the best pieces, cut the fabric, sew, and pack your teddy bear. This process takes up to 7 business days. After that, shipping typically takes 3-5 days, depending on your location. Since we're based in NC, delivery times may vary based on distance.

It’s the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout, including the correct zip code, city, and apartment number (if applicable). If an incorrect address is provided, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to re-ship the order. If the address is flagged by our system, we will contact the customer via email or phone to resolve the issue.
